Partner terms
In vigore dal 15 ottobre 2026
These terms apply in addition to the Terms of use to hotels, guesthouses, apartments and other accommodation ("Properties") and to travel agencies that register on Stayin.
1. Who these terms are for
They apply to everyone who registers a property or an agency account. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Application and verification
To publish a listing you submit an application with the business and property details and with the verification evidence we ask for, including a video recording of the required length. A reviewer examines it by hand. We may ask for more evidence, reject the application with a reason, or approve it. You can submit again after a rejection.
After approval, the name and location of a property can no longer be changed in the account, because guests rely on them. Contact us if one of them must change.
Approval can be withdrawn if the evidence turns out to be false or if you break these terms. Verification is a check of the evidence at one point in time; it is not a certification.
3. Accuracy of your listing
You are responsible for everything you publish: descriptions, photographs, room types, capacity, facilities, house rules, policies, prices and availability. Keep them true and up to date. Do not publish photographs that do not show your property. A star rating may be shown only if it is the rating you actually hold or state.
Prices must be the prices you will charge for the nights shown, in the currency of the property. Fees and taxes that are payable in addition must be stated so that guests are not surprised at the property.
4. Honouring reservations
When a guest makes a reservation, you must provide the accommodation on the dates, at the price and on the terms saved with that reservation. Keep your availability current. You may cancel a confirmed reservation only for a serious and justified reason, such as an emergency or a legal restriction, and you must then inform the guest immediately and cooperate to find a fair solution at no extra cost to the guest. Repeated or unjustified cancellations may lead to suspension.
5. Guest data
You receive guest data only to carry out the reservation. You must use it only for that purpose and as the law requires (for example guest registration), keep it secure, not use it for marketing without the guest's consent, not pass it on without a lawful reason, and delete it when it is no longer needed. For this data you are an independent controller and responsible for your own compliance with data protection law.
6. Legal compliance
You are responsible for holding all licences and permits, for registering with authorities, for collecting and paying taxes and tourist fees, for fire, health and safety rules, for insurance, and for the lawful treatment of guests, including not discriminating against them.
7. Reviews and replies
Guests who stayed with you can review you. You may reply publicly and must do so politely and truthfully. You may not ask for, pay for, or pressure guests into reviews, or write reviews about your own property or competitors. The Review policy applies.
8. Conduct towards guests
Communicate with guests through the site's messages or the contact details of the reservation, and use them only for matters concerning the stay. Never ask for card numbers or passwords by message, and do not demand payments that are not part of the saved terms.
9. Fees
At the time of writing Stayin does not charge Properties. If a commission or subscription is introduced, we will announce it in advance, it will not apply to reservations already made, and its terms will be added here.
10. Travel agencies
Agency accounts may search and use the listed information for their clients. An agency must not misrepresent a Property or its terms to its clients and is responsible for what it tells them. Special rates for agencies are not offered yet; if they are, they will be agreed with the Property and described here.
11. Suspension and removal
We may hide a listing, suspend or close an account, or refuse a new application if you break these terms or the Terms of use, if safety or legality is in doubt, or if guests are repeatedly harmed. We will normally explain why. Confirmed reservations remain your responsibility.
12. Liability
You are responsible towards guests for the accommodation and for your listing. You will compensate Stayin for claims and costs that arise because your content is unlawful or untrue or because of your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of use.
13. Changes
We may change these terms in the same way as the Terms of use. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account; the change does not affect reservations already made.
